Matthew Griffin, 22, is a realism artist derived from Riverhead, West Auckland. His works captures the details in faces of humans and animals of which he is most intrigued in the living world.
Working with Graphite for most of his career, till 1 year ago he adopted charcoals into his inventory and now uses charcoal for most, if not all, his pieces. Since then he has been able to achieve larger drawing standards along with keeping the realistic style.
