Catherine Jurgens
Artist Catherine Jurgens, from the beautiful sun filled Hawkes Bay, is inspired to paint locally found joyful florals using layers of colourful acrylics and a wee touch of lovely mixed media findings.
Working from her art studio in Taradale, open for visitors on the Hawkes Bay Arts Trail, Catherine also exhibits her work in galleries and art shows throughout NZ.
Catherine has thirty years’ primary school teaching experience and used to work in the film and television industry, but art has always been her constant joy.
